A little about me: Yes I love to make flavorful food, but I like to eat it even more, it is quite possibly the only thing I like to do more. And in complete candor nobody reads the "about" section of a food blog, so lets go be flavor freaks together!

Okay so there aren't a lot of rules but they are as follows
  • Vanilla should be measured with your heart, yes its written down but how much vanilla you use is up to you and you alone.

  • Salt belongs in everything. Whether it is sweet or savory, salt is a flavor enhancer and is needed.

  • There is no such thing as too much effort in regards to flavor. High effort food can be so rewarding! No hate to easy food, but at least try those three day long recipes once in your life.

  • There are no "bad" ingredients. Gluten, Dairy, Sugar, and corn syrup are my friends. And the sexual tension between me and msg is unmatched.
